People often reach out for support around:

  • Feeling anxious, on edge, or constantly overwhelmed

  • Experiences that still feel present even though they’re in the past

  • Low mood, lack of motivation, or feeling stuck

  • Big life changes, transitions, or uncertainty

  • Relationship stress or difficulty communicating

  • Feeling isolated, disconnected, or withdrawn

  • Supporting a child or teen who is struggling emotionally or behaviorally

Therapy is a space to slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to shift patterns in a way that feels manageable and lasting. Unlike talking with a friend, therapy offers a consistent, confidential space with a trained perspective. Someone who can help you notice patterns, gently challenge what isn’t working, and support change in a more intentional, structured way.

Why begin therapy?

What I Offer

Individual, family, and group services tailored to your needs, your goals, and where you are right now. All sessions are conducted virtually via a HIPAA-compliant platform for clients located in Washington, DC at the time of session

Current Group Offerings

Moving Through Depression: A Group for Young Adults

This virtual 12-week group is for young adults (18–24) experiencing depression, low motivation, or feeling stuck. Each session combines practical tools with space to talk through what’s actually coming up in your life. You’ll build awareness, learn ways to cope, and begin making changes that feel realistic and sustainable.

Social Confidence for Autistic Adults

This group is for adults on the autism spectrum who want support navigating social situations with more clarity and confidence. We’ll focus on communication, reading social cues, setting boundaries, and building connections in ways that feel authentic to you. Sessions include discussion, practice, and real-life application, with space to ask questions and learn from others in a supportive environment. We may even play a little D&D!
